旋片式真空泵(簡稱旋片泵)是一種油封式機(jī)械真空泵。其工作壓強(qiáng)范圍為101325~1.33×10-2(Pa)屬于低真空泵。它可以單使用,也可以作為其它高真空泵或超高真空泵的前級泵。它已廣泛地應(yīng)用于冶金、機(jī)械、軍工、電子、化工、輕工、石油及醫(yī)藥等生產(chǎn)和科研部門。

??旋片泵主要由泵體、轉(zhuǎn)子、旋片、端蓋、彈簧等組成。在旋片泵的腔內(nèi)偏心地安裝一個轉(zhuǎn)子,轉(zhuǎn)子外圓與泵腔內(nèi)表面相切(二者有很小的間隙),轉(zhuǎn)子槽內(nèi)裝有帶彈簧的二個旋片。旋轉(zhuǎn)時,靠離心力和彈簧的張力使旋片頂端與泵腔的內(nèi)壁保持接觸,轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)帶動旋片沿泵腔內(nèi)壁滑動。

??兩個旋片把轉(zhuǎn)子、泵腔和兩個端蓋所圍成的月牙形空間分隔成A、B、C三部分,如圖所示。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子按箭頭方向旋轉(zhuǎn)時,與吸氣口相通的空間A 的容積是逐漸增大的,正處于吸氣過程。而與排氣口相通的空間C的容積是逐漸縮小的,正處于排氣過程。居中的空間B的容積也是逐漸減小的,正處于壓縮過程。由于空間A的容積是逐漸增大(即膨脹),氣體壓強(qiáng)降低,泵的入口處外部氣體壓強(qiáng)大于空間A內(nèi)的壓強(qiáng),因此將氣體吸入。當(dāng)空間A與吸氣口隔時,即轉(zhuǎn)至空間B的位置,氣體開始被壓縮,容積逐漸縮小,比較后與排氣口相通。當(dāng)被壓縮氣體超過排氣壓強(qiáng)時,排氣閥被壓縮氣體推開,氣體穿過油箱內(nèi)的油層排至大氣中。由泵的連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn),達(dá)到連續(xù)抽氣的目的。如果排出的氣體通過氣道而轉(zhuǎn)入另一級(低真空級),由低真空級抽走,再經(jīng)低真空級壓縮后排至大氣中,即組成了雙級泵。這時總的壓縮比由兩級來負(fù)擔(dān),因而提高了極限真空度。
